Application

This double flute composite end mill uses imported ultra-fine grain cemented carbide tungsten steel as its base material, which is precision sintered and formed. It has comprehensive characteristics of high hardness, high bending strength and high toughness, and is not easy to chip or break. The cutting edge is reinforced with a nano-coating, which greatly improves wear resistance and oxidation resistance, effectively reducing high temperature loss during the cutting process. Features

Employing a double-bladed structure, the upper blade presses down on the upper surface of the board while the lower blade trims the lower surface.
