This YingBa single flute milling cutter is made of tungsten steel. Its recommended cutting feed rate is 3-5 m/min, with a spindle speed of 8000-20000 rpm and a setup speed of 3000-5000 rpm. When in use, the blade length should extend 2-5 mm beyond the workpiece. Note that the sharper the tool, the slower the feed rate; this can easily cause tool burning or breakage, so careful parameter control is required.
